Safe working culture

We know that a psychologically safe team/work environment produces better results, makes people happier to come to work and makes Storio Group a better place to work. For that reasons we are trying to capture how we know we are in a safe work environment.

In a psychologically safe work environment you:

  • can discuss personal things
  • feel comfortable and empowered to push back
  • feel comfortable to discuss openly in Retrospectives
  • feel comfortable to discuss problems within the team
  • feel promises are being kept
  • feel safe to appropriately challenge solutions / decisions

  • feel safe to express disagreement with to ELT
  • feel safe to express disagreement with to LT

  • feel safe to give 1:1 constructive direct feedback
